I’m a Dunedin builder specialising in high-performing new builds and Dunedin residential buildings. Our focus is on delivering homes that are warmer, healthier, and built to exceed modern standards of energy efficiency, durability, and design. Led by Callum, who brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, the business is grounded in both knowledge and hands-on expertise. From his early career in frame and truss manufacturing to sales with one of New Zealand’s largest building supply companies, and the past decade building full-time, Callum combines technical understanding with practical skill to deliver homes that are built to perform.
